Clive Caruana
Clive Caruana is the founder and managing partner at CCPS Malta, a boutique assurance and accounting firm offering high-end professional services including audit, tax, advisory, corporate and back-office services to companies and individuals, both local and foreign.
Clive is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, a fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants, and member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners. He also
holds a practising certificate in auditing, a diploma in banking from the Chartered Institute of
Bankers and a diploma in taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation.
Clive has over these past 5 years outsourced the Internal Audit function for a number of financial institutions.
Ivan Isola
Ivan Isola is a Certified Public Accountant, Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants and a Member of the International Compliance Association.
Ivan holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Accountancy from the University of Malta and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Manchester. Ivan also holds an International Diploma in Anti Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association and a Practising certificate in Auditing.
Before setting up his own practice, Ivan spent over nine years within the audit department of KPMG where he was responsible to manage a portfolio of local and international credit institutions. Ivan also held the roles of Chief Financial Officer for a credit institution and Chief Executive Officer positions with two electronic money institutions.
Through his own practice, Ivan has over the past four years been servicing the internal audit function of a number of financial institutions
Ivan Fsadni
Ivan Fsadni is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Accountancy from the University of Malta. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a full member of ISACA. Ivan also obtained the CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) certification.
Ivan has been involved in banking and finance for over 40 years. He started with a local credit institution and progressed through the Bank in a variety of posts and positions.
In 1997 Ivan left the Bank to start his own private practice as a Certified Public Accountant offering accounting, tax, VAT, corporate services as well as internal audit and compliance consultancy services.
Ivan joined on a full-time basis another local credit institution in 2006 as Group Head of Internal Audit, eventually also being appointed as MLRO and Group Chief Risk Officer of this credit institution.
In 2015, Ivan went back to private practice and established Ivan Fsadni Advisory, providing services focusing on internal audit, risk management and compliance consultancy.
Ivan has been a regulated person with the MFSA for several years and is also a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants.
